Leila Basma

Leila Basma is a Lebanese director and photographer based in Prague and Beirut. She studies directing at FAMU International. Her short documentary The Adam Basma Project was nominated for the so-called Student Oscar. Basma was a participant in the 2020/2021 Media and Documentary 2.0 project, organized by Ji.hlava IDFF in collaboration with Doc.revue and Modern Times Review.
